A: There are a number of reasons that this may have occurred like: You may have seen trucks in the area not working on brush, or The trucks may be full and returning to unload, or You may have piles of brush too large for the regular crew and the piles may be noted for pick up by larger equipment, or you have some things in the piles / bags we do not pick up and it has been left and marked with white paint.
